Valor is dedicated to helping families deal with bullying in all its forms. Our goal is to help your child overcome bullies without using violence first by instilling them with confidence. When students sign up for our martial arts program, they immediately begin to learn anti-bully training. Students of Valor MMA properly learn how to use kicks, punches and submissions to defend against bullies during class. Before being physical during confrontations, the Valor MMA anti-bully program teaches defensive techniques and how to defuse confrontations with words first.
